Reflexology is a preventative medicine using deep thumb and finger pressure on reflex points of the feet!

Reflexology is the oldest form of Chinese Medicine and feels like a massage for your feet, but it is a non-invasive treatment. Unlike Massage, which is the manipulation of soft tissue occurring over the whole body, Reflexology focusses on pressure points based on the theory that the feet are like mini maps of the body’s anatomy so any body system can be accessed and stimulated by reflex points in the feet which directly correspond to every part, organ and gland of the body. This in turn reduces the imbalance in the body returning to homeostasis and restoring normal function.
Some of the benefits of Foot Reflexology: -
• Improved Sleep - Blood Circulation - Digestion - Stress & Relaxation
• Eye Strain - Back Pain - Hormonal Imbalance - Arthritis Pain - Sinus Issues
